Treknology3 Cycling Club @ Mandai Loop - 25 Jan 2020

This ride is catered for beginner & intermediate riders.
The rolling speed during the ride will be 25-30 km/h.
Depending on groupe size, we will split into 2 groups:
Group 1: 28-32 km/h
Group 2: 25-28 km/h

Distance: approximately: 60 km
Ride duration: 3 hours

Meeting venue and timing are as follows:

1. STADIUM MRT exit B: (Singapore Sports Hub). Meet 0600hrs, roll off at 0605hrs

2. Cuscaden Rd Treknology3 Shop. Meet 0630hrs, roll off at 0635hrs

*Ride update at 0515hrs in case of bad weather*

Riders may peel off along the route - please inform the ride captain beforehand.

Notes:

• All bicycle brands are welcomed to join
• Ride briefing before start
• Recommended for beginner-intermediate road riders
• Riders should have good basic fitness
• Riders should be comfortable riding closely in a group of cyclist
• There will be water break stops and regroup points, if necessary
• Only road bikes are highly encouraged on this ride

• Please have adequate hydration available
• LISTEN to the ride captain
• STOP at all red lights
• Please bring cash or card for post ride breakfast/coffee
• Ride Safe and look out for one another!
