Kask Elemento Helmet

Elemento is a pure performance helmet that cuts no corners and delivers the very best in aerodynamics, ventilation, and safety. It is aimed at elite athletes competing in the world’s best road, cross-country, cyclocross, and gravel events, as well as cyclists who are driven by the quest for ultimate performance. The main features of Elemento are Fluid Carbon 12 and Multipod. Fluid Carbon 12 is a composite technopolymer that enabled to increase the size of the internal channels, improving ventilation whilst simultaneously reducing the size of the ventilation holes, thus also improving aerodynamics. Multipod is a KASK-designed structure that is 3D-printed and used in the Elemento’s internal padding. It enables the helmet to better withstand linear and rotational impacts and has isotropic properties that ensure it behaves consistently, no matter which direction the force is applied.

Technical Description

MIT IN-MOULDING TECHNOLOGY

The MIT Technology, applied to KASK cycling helmets, guarantees a higher safety and a complete protection thanks to the polycarbonate layer that covers the shell on the top, on the base ring and on the back.

MULTIPOD

An isotropic material that allows better management of rotational impact energy and increases ventilation. It behaves in the same way when a force is applied to it from any direction and it can reduce the shear stress between the head and the inside of the helmet.

AERO CONTROL

Incredibly aerodynamic and top performing shell, tested in the wind-tunnel and able to provide a really impressive CX rate. Any position the head will assume the out ow of the air will be perfectly in line with the helmet.

HIGH VISIBILITY STICKERS

High visibility stickers for maximum safety even in poor visibility conditions.

FLUID CARBON 12

A new composite material that allows to reduces the thickness of EPS from the inner shell, in order to improve ventilation and aerodynamics. It also generates a better energy distribution in case of an impact and guarantees a low friction surface between the helmet and the impact surface.

HY VENT

Structure and design of the shell implement the air ow and break up the exchangeable heat.

MERINO WOOL

Made in ne merino wool and polyamide yarn, light and opaque, with excellent thermoregulation property.
