Because to us, frankly, the idea of riding a mountain bike only on the road is a little obscene. Our bikes are made to get dirty. They're a highly evolved species built not just to revel in dirt, but dominate it. Totally. Pavement? That's for getting to the mountains. Otherwise forget about it.

Over the past couple of years, there has been a boom in the bike industry. A lot of the increase popularity is due to the introduction of a new type of bike, the mountain bike or MTB. With advances in materials and design being made, better performance is available to all at affordable prices.
